What we collect and why
- Enquiries: your name, phone number, email, business details and what you’d like help with, so we can reply and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Clients: the above, plus the access and information needed to manage your website, Google Business Profile and listings, and our invoices and records, to deliver the service and meet our legal and tax obligations.
- Website visits: this website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to deliver our service or required by law: for example the providers who host our email and website, and our accountant. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after two years. Client records are kept for seven years to meet tax requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
